In countries.dbx:
The first and second DBI file. The DBI file names can be empty.

We can specify 2 files, for cases where we have different files in different input formats. If all DBI files are in the same format, we simply concatenate them into one big file, before processing them.

Both files have their own CVS subdirectory and layout.

Is the filename is "*", it means the input file actually consists of a bunch of files. In that case, all files in the CVS subdirectory with an extension of .dbi will be read.
(In countries.dbx, this option can only be used for filename1, not filename2!)
