DBL_subs

This format is used in the file subserie.dbl.

On the rest of this page, "positions" are number of characters on a line (including spaces), counting from 1.

A comment line is empty, or starts with a space.

Fixed position fields:

starting on position 1, length 20: abbrev (a '0' indicates that the field is empty)
position 21 is ignored (it should be a space)

The fullname starts on position 22. Other fields are behind that.
