What does the field contain?

This field automatically gets a value if the number of pages in a reprint differs from the original amount of pages.

For convenience of the indexer, you can also fill in this field yourself in the DBI file. In that case, an error message will be given when the field has different contents.

While the page count of a story is divided over the fields pages and brokpg, the origpg field contains both entire and broken page count (with one space inbetween).

If:

the pages + brokpg in a DBI file are different from pages + the brokpg in a DBS file,
the fields pagel in a DBS file and pagel in a DBI file are "compatible",
the fields origpg, includedin, and part in the DBI file are empty,
the field changes in the DBI file is empty or contains "-",

then the field origpg is filled.
