eeChanges (changes)

In which input files is this field used?
In entries of DBI files
What should the field look like?
In the usual files (including w.dbi): [changes:xxx] or [changes:-]
What does the field contain?
Changes in a (re)print of a story, as compared to the original.
Very minor changes are not listed this way. For that we have the minorchanges field.

When a newspaper strip is printed in a comic, it's very usual that the layout has changed.
In cases where nothing was changed, we use [changes:-].

If the field "changes" is used (and not '-'), any reference to the issue in a reprint (rp-xx) field will have an * to indicate that something was changed in this reprint.

Though it is logical that a story was changed if the page count differs, we prefer an explicit mention of this in a changes field, to better detect possible errors.

Which CSV field(s) use this field?
The field changes in table inducks_entry
How is the data used in the rest of INDUCKS?
If changes is filled in (and not '-'), lots of automatic copying of data from story to entry and vice versa is NOT performed.
